The Automation Series frame is constructed from
3” x 3” and 2” x 2” by 3/16”
wall welded tubular steel, which makes this platform
family ideal for applications that require a stable
frame design. It also has a professional external
appearance, and has a variety of optional accessories.
Some
of the most successful installations to date for
the Automation Series have been: PCB inspection,
automotive component assembly, dispense, consumer
product assembly, and laser welding and cutting
of medical devices.
Available
in Six standard footprint sizes and three frame heights,
the Automation Series is available as a base frame
only, base with doors and panels, base with guard, or base with guard and upper enclosure. Extended footprint sizes available upon request. Optional accessories include: Tool plate, EIA rack, user
panel, safety interlock package, adjustable
display arm, LCD mount, casters, leveling feet,
and more.
Each platform includes powder coat finsish on frame assembly and all sheet metal components. Standard platform guard material is Acrylic. Specialty plastics and paint finishes available upon request (i.e. ESD Polycarbonate, FM4910 Rated CPVC or PVC, Zinc Plating of Frame).
